Hummm...it's been such a long time for me, planned to make nasi tomato. Regardless I've gone trough all the "masak-masak blog". So, on last Thursday (19-06-08) I've decided to try it. Tihheheheh... Okay, here are the recipes on how to make nasi tomato in a simple version (due to incomplete ingredients ...ehehehehe)
1. First, you need 2 cups of rice, clean it up and put 3/4 of water from the rice
2. Then you top it up (1/4) of tomatoes sups into the rice
3. Before you cook it, you have to prepare the gravy first
4. Add 2 table spoon of oil, heat it
5. Add chopped onion (1), chopped garlic (2 clovers), one teaspoon full of garam masala, 2 table spoon of nuts and saute till it smells good
6. Add the gravy into the rice and cook it-make sure you stir it consistently to avoid the rice from burn and undercooked.
7. Served it with chopped spring onion and friend shallot ....yummy
