Kupang goreng kunyit....



Okaylah...masa memula sampai sini, rasa cam tension sbb dok asyik makan ayam-kambing-ayam. Ikan pun asyik talapia. During that time, tak tau mana tempat nak beli. But one fine day, my friend showed Nazrin where we can find kupang . Hehehe...apa lagi, kami pun pilah. Sampai jek kat rumah, apa lagi, we all kendurikanlah that kupang (forgot to say-the kupang is FROZEN). So, sebab dah gian sangat nak makan and tak sabar nak tunggu, we cook it as simple as it can be. So, keluarlah menu goreng kunyit.


First, you wash the mussels and put it away. Cut the onion into round shapes (1 biji okay dah) and also cut ginger (sebesar ibu jari tangan) and garlic (2 ulas) into small cubes. Heat the oil and fry those onion, garlic and ginger. Don't forget to add sliced chilis (again, it depends on you, either you like it hot or not). Naik bau those bawangs, you add some kunyit and salts. Than, you add all the mussels, and leave it there for about 10 minutes. Dah, it is ready to eat with hot rice and ikan goreng. Huhuhu....don't forget with HOT BLACK COFFEE. Yummy..... meleleh air liur....:P

mmmmm....cam sodap yo...aku selalu kupang tu rebus cicah air asam jer..tak der resepi ker...aku tgh lapor giler ni... SHADA
