sayur campur


This is my previous recipes. Sayur campur. It is really simples and yummy.
How to cook:
1. Cut into small pieces all the vegetables (i used brocolli, bunga kobis, capsicum-you can add any others vege that you want too-kalau rajin, banayklah sayurnya...kalau malas....:P )
2. Cut the red onion (1 labu), garlic (1 piece) and ginger (besar 1/2 ibu jari tangan) into small cubes.
3. Slice some red chilis (kalau nak pedas-bubuh lebih...tada masalah).
4. Heat the oil in pans and fry the no 2 items and anchovies
5. Add some oyster sauce and water
6. Add all the vegetables and some salt
7. Leave it there for about 10 minutes and it is ready to serve
Really easy right!!
ps: you can replace the anchovies with prawn, chicken, cuttlefish, etc.
