Xpress chocolate cake


This cake is really xpress. Biasalah, since in Malaysia, I never baked my 'own' cakes. Semua yg jenis terus campur telur/butter. But I takdelah bulat-bulat ikut the direction. Adalah modified sikit. So, this mix flour I add it with 1 A grade egg and 2 table spoon of water. Mix it till it really kembang. Than i add with chop walnut and chocolate chips and another 3 table spoon of plain water. After you mix it well, put it into grease container. Baked at 200 degree celcius for 15-20 minutes. Ummpp...for those yang tak mau guna grease, you can heat the container masa you all panaskan oven tu. Bila dah siap adunan tu, keluarkan je bekas tu and tuang terus. Base on engineering explanation, bila kita tuang benda sejuk dalam bekas yang panas, ia akan membentuk satu layer keras yg menyebabkan kek tadi takkan melekat bila dah masak. Itu cakap cik abanglah... hehehe.
